Hi! 'm Ella and I've been a lash technician since 2015. I undertook a lash course when my youngest was 1 and I was a stay-at-home mum while also studying at university. I had always enjoyed working but found it hard to reconcile working full-time with a little one, but I was still looking at options when I happened to stumble across a YouTube video on lash extensions (I had never heard about lash extensions before this, and it wasn't a service that was as popular as it is now). As soon as I saw this video I immediately jumped onto Google to research lash courses and booked one a few weeks later. Once I undertook my lash course it was a learning journey as well as a process to gain confidence, set up a business and gain clientele, but it wasn't long before I was fully booked and had a steady stream of regular clients. I have solely worked as a home-based business from the beginning, and the choice to undertake my initial lash course has been the best decision I have made for myself. My goals as a trainer is to give you a life-changing opportunity that I was given by equipping you with all the knowledge you need to create a successful lash business, from theory to application, troubleshooting, sourcing affordable products and everything in between. My courses are a dual style learning course. This means that your theory content will be delivered online and your hands-on practical will be delivered in-person with me at my home salon. You will also receive 'at-home' practical exercises to do before your 'in-salon' practical day. Lash classes are one-on-one.

Yes, a beautiful starter lash kit will be sent to you within the week of your enrolment.

Here's what to expect: • Once you are successfully signed up to your lash course, you will receive a digital copy of your lash manual as well as access to your online lash assessment questions and recommended videos tutorials. • Your lash kit will arrive within the week as well as a practical work sheets to complete at home. • The practical exercises must be completed and uploaded where applicable on the lash course. • Take the time to read through the lash manual and complete the theory assessments and practical exercises. • The assessment can be taken at any time and does not need to be completed in one sitting. • Once you get a 100% passing grade on your theory assessment , we'll arrange for you to visit my salon for a day of practical. • During your visit we will work on completing 2 model set and 2 removals. • Once complete you will receive your certificate of completion.

TRAINING DAY EXPECTATIONS • Training days will be held on a Sunday. • I will provide nibbles and lunch. • You will need to source 2 models for the day. If you need help finding a model just let me know and I can help source one for you. • Please bring your lash kit with you.

PAYMENTS + T&C • ZIPPAY + AFTERPAY or PAY IN FULL. • No refunds once training materials are sent out. • You must complete your theory assessment and in-salon training with me to receive your certificate.

The course is mostly self-paced. Your online theory assessment does not have to be completed in one sitting. Your in-person practical can be booked as soon as you pass your theory.

To complete the course you will need: • Access to a computer/Ipad and internet connection. • A good understanding of English.
